We are a Dallas-based organization development consulting firm in our 4th decade of operation. Our client base is diverse, comprising operations of all sizes from many industry sectors, including telecommunications, call center, technology applications, and financial services.

Meet Our Executive Team

Jim Finley

President & CEO
Jim founded JFA Consulting in 1988. He works with companies in the areas of performance management, change management, employee and customer advocacy, and has served as a featured speaker for such groups as the American Marketing Association and American Society for Quality Control.

He brings to our clients over twenty years of corporate experience with AT&T and Southwestern Bell in the areas of field operations management, human resources management, and organizational development. During the breakup of the Bell System, he was responsible for managing the cultural change of the southern region of AT&T Operator Services.

He is a distinguished and proud graduate of Texas A&M University, and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jim is married and loves spending time with his daughters and three grandchildren. He enjoys all music, and is especially passionate about church music. Recreationally, Jim is attracted to all games, especially bridge.


Lindsay Mangum

Senior Program Manager
Lindsay has been with JFA since 2008 and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of active programs. She manages and facilitates communications and action between JFA's clients and our staff of consultants, coaches, analysts, and programmers. She also manages all vendor relations on behalf of our clients.

She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Trinity University.

Lindsay is married and has three children. She enjoys pickleball, reading aloud to her kids, and volunteering at church.
